Adrian Lipscombe is a chef, architect, urban planner, and cultural strategist whose work explores the connections between food, community, land, and the built environment. Her practice moves across disciplines, using food, design, research, and storytelling to create meaningful change.

That positioning is also consistent with how IIT recently introduced Adrian: as a chef, architect, urban planner, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of food, community, and economic development.
